The upgrade replaces parts of the original MFT/3 front and rear guide rail hinge brackets with TSO Support Plates, TSO Feather Keys, TSO Knobs, and a Guide Rail Locator. Assembly involves transferring existing Festool cam handle hardware (Hook, Nut, spacers, cap head screws), attaching the TSO components, reinstalling the brackets into the MFT/3 side extrusions, and securing the Guide Rail Locator into the guide rail T-track for improved alignment and precision crosscuts.
