The attachment in this article explains how to accurately drill connector holes in TSO Gen 1 Parallel Guide System T-Tracks to join two tracks.
Earlier T-Tracks had no end holes (or only one storage hole), while newer versions include two holes to support T-Track connectors. The drill fixture ensures precise hole placement for upgrading older tracks.
For T-Tracks without holes, the fixture is clamped flush to the underside and both holes are drilled using a 6mm (15/64") bit, followed by deburring. For T-Tracks with one existing hole, the fixture is fastened using the provided screw and nut, clamped securely, and the second hole is drilled to the same 6mm (15/64") specification.
