As of April 2022, the TPG FlipStop v2.0 can now be ordered from the factory in either right- or left-hand configurations. All TPG FlipStops are field reversible and can be quickly reassembled for either right- or left-hand operation.
Reversing the FlipStop
Using the 3 mm hex key provided, loosen and remove the Shoulder Screw holding the Flip Stop Arm, Cursor and Disc Spring in place. Then, reverse the Arm and Cursor and reassemble with the Disc Spring as shown and re-tighten the Shoulder Screw firmly. Finally, using the same 3 mm hex key, remove the Calibration Rod and re-insert as shown.
(Note that FlipStops preceding v2.0 will need to use a 2.5 mm hex key to release the Calibration Rod.)
